I. Shipping Origin

 

All the products you purchased will be shipped from our professional warehouse in Fujian, China. Located on the southeast coast, Fujian has a well-developed logistics network and a mature supply chain system, enabling us to process orders efficiently and arrange shipments promptly, ensuring that the goods can start their journey to you in a timely and safe manner.

II. Delivery Method - FOB (Free on Board)

 

We adopt the FOB for shipping arrangements. This means that once the goods pass the ship's rail at the designated port of shipment in Fujian, the risks and responsibilities of the goods are transferred from us to you or your designated freight forwarder and carrier. Before that, we will make every effort to ensure that the goods are properly packaged, accurately declared, and meet export and transportation requirements.

III. Estimated Shipping Time

 

Generally, after the goods are loaded and set sail from the ports in Fujian, the estimated shipping time by sea varies depending on the destination: approximately 7 - 15 days for Asian regions, about 25 - 35 days for European regions, and around 20 - 30 days for American regions. Please note that this is only an estimated duration, and the actual shipping time may fluctuate due to various factors such as weather conditions, port congestion, and customs inspections.

IV. Logistics Tracking

 

After the shipment, we will promptly provide you with the bill of lading number and relevant logistics tracking links. You can use the official websites of major shipping companies or professional logistics tracking platforms to track the shipping status of your goods in real-time and accurately know the itinerary of the goods, so as to make preparations for receiving the goods in advance.

V. Customs Duties and Clearance Assistance

 

The payment of customs duties and customs clearance procedures upon the arrival of the goods at the destination port are, in principle, the responsibility of you or your entrusted freight forwarder. However, our experienced customer service team will provide you with necessary assistance throughout the process, such as providing templates of customs clearance documents like commercial invoices and certificates of origin, answering common customs clearance questions, helping you complete the customs clearance process smoothly, and enabling you to take delivery of the goods as soon as possible.
